Question New build bios problem

I’ve built a new system for my father and I’m having problems getting into the bios. I’ve built 4 before and have never had any issues, but for some reason this run really wants me to throw this system out the window and start it on fire. I GOT into the bios and then an emergency came up and had to shut the system down. When I came back to access the bios again to set the boot order to install windows, I can’t access the bios anymore now; I’ve mashed f2 and del to oblivion. I may be just overthinking and tired from work because of all the overtime.
