New Build - Boot Errors

Hello, I'm a new member here, and I'm desperate for some help.

I have a new build, with some top of the line components, and I get a boot error, where the computer turns on 4 about 30 seconds, and then turns off.

The monitor initially doesn't come on, and when I look at the mobo a few lights are going off.

First a yellow light goes off, then switches to a white light, and then finally only a green light is on.

The motherboard I'm using is the asus z390 strix e-gaming.

I have DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x16 memory

CPU is an i7-9700

Finally the GPU is an MSI RTX 2080ti Gaming Trio

I was super excited about all these components, and getting ready to game like a champ.

Finally, when the monitor does come on the screen in the image attached is the errors I get.

As you can see there are three errors.
1 with the bios, 1 with the USB, and 1 with the CPU fan.

I've tried switching my aio pump to the cpu fan header (it was on the aio pump header). I've unplugged all usb components (keyboard), as well as the front panel usb 2.0 and 3.0 connectors. I've also removed the cmos battery in hopes of resetting what ever might be going with the bios. None seem to make a difference, and now I'm starting to get worried. The BIOS recognizes my memory, and cpu, and also recognizes my m.2 ssd.

I don't know what is going on though, could someone please help!

Try uploading the picture on imgur and posting the link here.
Try accessing the BIOS and monitoring the CPU temperature until pc restarting.
