That's my computer plus a DVD burner. I got the parts in and put it together Monday evening after a couple hours of confusion. It booted, and I installed Windows, drivers, A/V software, Chrome and a game. They all work fine. So I turn it off, and press the power button... the fans spin for like a second and that's it. Power button again, nothing happens at all. So I unplug the cord from the wall socket, plug it back in, hit the power button and it boots just fine. Thinking that it was maybe a one time occurrence, I was proved wrong. Whenever I turn off the computer, in order for it to boot afterwards, I have to either flip the switch on the PSU a few times or unplug it from the wall. Does this makes sense to anyone? I've already seen the thread with the common fixes for fan spins but no boot, but I didn't think those would all apply seeing how removing electricity from the equation causes a quick fix. I do not want to have to flip the PSU switch every time I want to use my 2 day old computer.
Any insight is highly appreciated.
