Question New build boots to bios constantly

So I've recently got some new parts to upgrade my current pc I got a new motherboard, psu and cpu the cpu is Intel from an amd board and cpu and when I try to set my boot priority it only shows the drives as storage I have 2 ssds and 1 hdd it shows up so they're all nice and connected and it lights up need some help.

Is it set to uefi or legacy

I believe it's set to Uefi.
