Okay, so I'm new to this thread. I scout it a lot but never have posted before.

So I just built my PC, everything is hooked up and running and all of that.

SPECS:
2 x Intel Xeon E5-2670 2.6GHz 8-Core Processor
2 x Zalman CNPS9900MAX-B CPU Cooler
■ Asus Z9PE-D8 WS SSI EEB Dual-CPU LGA2011 Motherboard
2 x 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3-1600 Memory
■ Samsung 850 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
■ Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
■ EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0 Video Card
■ Phanteks Enthoo Luxe ATX Full Tower Case
■ Apevia 700W ATX Power Supply

So last night, I decided I would install Windows 7 and it went through the process of installing and I had fell asleep. By the time I woke up, it showed the Windows Error Recovery asking if I wanted to boot into safe mode or boot normally. I booted normally, because I had no clue what happened and it would act like it was starting and then, BSOD showing "0x0000010d". I searched around and never found anything that worked.
I decided I would try Windows 10 and with that I never even got to the installation part. It would show the Windows logo and then pop up the sad face with "Bad_Object_Header" and it just kept restarting and doing the same thing but the screens showed "Page_Fault_in_Nonpaged_Area" and "Bad_Object_Header". I have tried everything and the RAM seems to be fine as far as I can tell.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
