New build,BSOD during the starting logo.

Hello,I ordered one of the labor day bundles form new egg and it came in last week. I have been busy with school so I have not had time to put it together till a couple of days ago. I got the system put together now and got my 64bit win 7 cd in the drive and it loads the cd but it goes to a BSOD[see below] when the animated logo begins to pop up. I tried to debugger mode,but it just hangs up in the same spot and does nothing. I pulled a different HDD from one of my other computers and it attempts to go into the OS but BSODs at the same spot. I am very excited about this build,but I really cannot figure out what is going on.

Today I updated the bios and it caused no change whatsoever. I am great-full for any help and thank you in advance.

Either the PSU is crapping under the load or the RAM do not get enough power. Go in BIOS and give a little bit more voltage to the RAM. This would help stabilize things.

You could also have a faulty memory module, try using one at a time in each dimm slot...

and like Pat said there are many conflicting reviews of your PSU , maybe you should look for a more reputable model. Check the comments on Newegg for your model PSU many unhappy people... but also some very pleased, it just seems too inconsistent for a new build, Check Tom's for PSU reviews...

I tried bumping the memory voltage +0.05 and +0.1 and it still failed at the same spot. I tried it with one stick as well and there was no change. I can pick up a new PSU tomorrow to try it out.

Thank you very much. I picked up a 600W Corsair PSU at Best Buy and the system has passed the hang up point,it's installing as we speak. thank you very much once again!!!
