New build - Bus speed & FSB in CPU-Z

I'm pretty sure this goes under memory, but it could just as easily be a board or apu problem. I just put together an A6-6400k apu with an Asrock FM2A75m-Pro4+. I have 4gb of 1333 memory (2x 2gb). CPU-Z is reporting a bus speed and rated fsb as 98.82MHz. This can't be correct, right? The CPU-Z memory tab reports DRAM Frequency as 665.5MHz, and the SPD tab reports max bandwidth as PC3-10700H (667MHz). The graphics tab has everything grayed out except gpu name and memory size. I ran 3DMark on it also, if those results will shed any light on anything.

That is normal when the APU is in low-power state. Check the results while running Prime95 for the CPU and Furmark for the GPU. The specs should be normal when the processors are stressed.

As far as the memory speed, Double Data Rate (DDR) memory is effectively doubled when your sticks are in the matching color DIMM slots*. So your memory is actually running at 665.5 x 2.

*if your MB has 4 slots of the same color, be sure the sticks are in channel A and channel B of the same number. (page 18 of your MB manual)

Hello... Your memory is reading correctly, You must Multiply x2 for actual ( DDR ) "Double Data Rate".
As for your CPU speed, you multiply your multiplier times the FSB = Clock speed.
New Intels have a FSB of 100mhz, I'm not an AMD expert and cannot find info on your APU Bios settings.
But Look in Windows "SYSTEM" screen for the CPU model and Speed...
Or, Look in your "CONTROL PANEL" "Processors", for you CPU Model and Speed, to determine if your BIO's is set right.

Ahhhh, OK. Thank you to both clutchc and Ironsounds for the answer. I just assumed the bus speed ran at the speed of the ram, but now I know better. I also assumed that, coming from a Pentium 4 with 133MHz bus speed, this new system would be a higher speed. Thanks again.
