Question New build but not showing the screen

hey everyone!

I just put together my new build
Ryzen 5 2600
Asus B450-f Gaming motherboard
MSI 1050ti Graphics card
GSkill memory 16gb 3200mhz
Samsung SSD 1TB
NZXT x62 cooler

I was working on it earlier and had video output. was working on the bios configuration with the ram speed to get it to the max speed; was downloading Windows 10 home at the time, and restarted the computer with the same monitor and no display was appearing. At this time, i didn't plug in the USB with windows on it and had my boot LED lighting up. Not sure if this is a common issue or i'm just doing something wrong. Please need help!

Try clearing the CMOS, power cable unplugged.

Did that already.

Update: I can only use my computer fully with one of the RAM sticks. If i try to install the other one, and restart my computer; i'm back to square one.

Anyone know how to get the other stick in use so i have 16GB?
