Can you help me find a PSU for this setup?

Mobo: ASUS Crosshair V Formula AM3+

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban

GPU: 2 x Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 (so i plan to crossfire)

HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 i do need some advice here too...

Drivers: dvd-rw

Case: Antec 300 do i need a full-tower?

My budget for the Psu is somewhere around 100$-120$ so i need a 600 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for AMD CrossFireX i believe

Antec 750w, 70 after rebate

Same series only 620w and 50 after rebate....

id go for the 750 as it has power to spare and is capable of almost delivering 1000W according to a review at hardwaresecrets. For those prices it cant be beat..

Rebates end on aug 15th....And if it goes up to its original price then find something with more ratings though antec is generally a good buy.

I dont think a full tower is totally necessary as long as you have good air flow. Full tower is roomier. I have the nzxt phantom and its huge and has plenty of places to route cables, and can fit nearly any card without worrying if hdd are in the way, but it is significally more than the antec 300. But then again after rebates on the above psu's you could possibly switch cases and i think it might be like 10 dollar difference after rebate...But like i said, the phantoms are big and I had to pull my desk out and have it angled to be able to fit into my space.
