Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Gigabyte b450 aorus pro wifi mobo
Corsair Vengence Pro 2x8gb 3000 mhz
nvidia 1660 Ti GPU

MOBO lights up, RAM lights up, monitor will not worked, plugged into GPU HDMI port. Tried older 750 TI GPU, still no display to monitor. Thoughts?

Absolutely positive it's plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard? Monitor is definitely plugged in and turned On? And on the correct input?

I know all basic, but always good to double check the basic stuff.

Any lights on the gpu? Fans spinning? You have the proper pcie power hooked to the card? Any sign the card is actually powering on?

definitely plugged in the gpu, all fans are spinning in case and GPU, tried both the HDMI and DVI port. the 750 card single fan requires no PCIE external power and it responded the same.

Tried 1 ram module, reseated the RAM, GPU and CPU. Still no change. Everything appears to power up, just no signal to monitors. When you first plug in, they will go black, then go to NO SIGNAL mode
