New build, can't tell if booting

Hey guys,

Haven't made a build in a while.

-AMD Ryzen 5 2600
-1080TI
-Gigabyte Aorus Pro WIFI mini ITX
-Team T-Force Dark 2x8GB
-EVGA supernova 650W

So I got it all hooked up and what happens when I try to boot is...Most everything "seems" to get power, case, cpu, and gpu fans come on, as well as the LEDs. However I'm not getting any picture to my monitor through my GPU, so what I've done so far is check all my connections and also tried an old GPU to see if that was the issue. Still the same problem. I don't really know what to troubleshoot. Like I'm not too savvy with this stuff anymore. Any and all help would be appreciated.

this is the no boot sticky. go down the list every step. this usually takes care of most issues. if you still have problems post again
