So I'm planing on building a new PC for myself in January as a Christmas present to myself 😀

I am currently looking around for a suitable case to build this new machine, It will most likely be a 2011-r3 with a closed block water Cooler and single GPU GTX 970 or 980 with plans to go Sli, most likely will not go triple or quadruple Sli ever though. My current PC also hold 6 HDDs and a SSD, the SSD will probably stay so the PC is usable as a spare but the 6 HDD will be migrated into the new one, as there is only about 2TB of spare space on these 6 Drives atm I will be adding new ones in the future. The BluRay drive from the current machine will also be transferred into the new one.

As such my spacial requirements are quite high and I was hoping for some input from this community into personal favourites and collective knowledge, the amount of cases I get to see and use here in Australia is a bit limited you see.

Two I have had the privilege to use in builds are the Fractal Design Define XL R2 and Silverstone Raven RV01 for a Friend and my Brother Respectively. I loved working with both and like the way both work, especially the 90 degree rotated RV01. The Define can be sourced here locally for about $163 but the Raven would have to be ordered in somehow at a much larger cost (if I can source one at all).

Any who, Other suggestions and recommendations would be appreciated and I will take all suggestions seriously.
Cheers Guys.

Oh man, trying to figure out cases can be the most dizzying choice of all. It practically drove me nuts there were so many options. I'd give the Phanteks Enthoo Pro a look, it's the case I use and I think it's excellent (or, if you can afford it, the Primo). The Silverstone RV03, RV02 and (the really expensive) FT02 are great. The Haf X is a legendary pick and would be great for just about anything. You might also consider the Storm Trooper, Corsair 500R or the NZXT 630 or Phantom 820. These are all such excellent cases that all I can recommend is pick the one you like the styling for the best.

I also reccomend the Enthoo Pro, as it is cheap, good looking and large. The 750D is also one of my personal favorites. Also, if you want a small case, I also adore the CORSAIR 540 AIR
