Hello,
I recently assembled a new PC from scratch, however I’m unable to boot. The four EZ Debug LEDs (boot, VGA, RAM, CPU) are blinking during power-up, and the PSU + CPU fan + MOBO+GPU unit LEDs light up too. So far, I’ve:
I’m unsure if this is a BIOS issue, an overseen misconnection, or a damage issue. I made sure to construct on a wood+plastic counter while grounded, so hoping nothing has been physically affected.

- disconnected all cables and replugged them, all appear accurate + secure
- reseated RAM from slots 2+4, into 1+3
- used only 1 stick of RAM
- remounted mobo to check for any possible metal-on-metal contact/shorts
- removed GPU
- triple-checked power+reset connection
- reset CMOS
I’m unsure if this is a BIOS issue, an overseen misconnection, or a damage issue. I made sure to construct on a wood+plastic counter while grounded, so hoping nothing has been physically affected.
