[SOLVED] New build: Clicking + all 4 Debug LEDs blinking red

Hello,

I recently assembled a new PC from scratch, however I’m unable to boot. The four EZ Debug LEDs (boot, VGA, RAM, CPU) are blinking during power-up, and the PSU + CPU fan + MOBO+GPU unit LEDs light up too. So far, I’ve:

  • disconnected all cables and replugged them, all appear accurate + secure
  • reseated RAM from slots 2+4, into 1+3
  • used only 1 stick of RAM
  • remounted mobo to check for any possible metal-on-metal contact/shorts
  • removed GPU
  • triple-checked power+reset connection
  • reset CMOS

I’m unsure if this is a BIOS issue, an overseen misconnection, or a damage issue. I made sure to construct on a wood+plastic counter while grounded, so hoping nothing has been physically affected.

Thanks for any help/insight.

Solution
That clicking is actually PSU relay which saves your component.
Did you press power button to start when you flipped the switch of PSU?
Cause the PSU should not start without getting proper signal from motherboard.
If you have spare or friend has spare psu to check if your PSU is culprit , try it.

What if you try without CPU and ram, just motherboard.
