I'm looking to upgrade my PC and my only problem is I don't know if what I have pick will work.

The upgrades I'm looking at are

Hi;

The board you've listed supports DDR3 240-pin, and the RAM you listed is DDR4 288-pin, and will not fit nor work with the motherboard. Also, since you're getting a whole new board, I heavily suggest getting an AM4 board and moving to Ryzen. AM3/AM3+ is outdated, and there's no point in going up in the AM3+ socket when AM4 is out and Ryzen 3's budget processors will be out soon. Wait until Ryzen 3, get a B350 board and have a MUCH better experience for the same price, maybe cheaper. The GPU is good, but the PSU is overkill. Thermaltake is an alright brand, but for this kind of setup, you don't need anything near 750 watts. Getting a silver/gold rated 80+ PSU in the more reasonable 500/450W range for cheaper gives you head-room for...
