New build component recommendations

Hey guys long time reader, first time poster. I'm doing my first build and I have bought a Crosshair V Formula-Z with an fx 8350 plus corsair water cooling. I'm looking at either the r9 280 or the 290 whichever I can get at a good price . I want to keep the budget low but don't want to compromise with crap, some where in between. Is there a good psu for under £100 that will suit?

A good 550w power supply will handle it but I would go for a 650w.

Thanks guys one more thing while I am ordering stuff. I don't have a case yet. Is there any cheap one that do the job that can hold the lot. Mobo, r9, psu and water cooler? Do I need alot of fans seen as it is water cooled
