New build computer Shut down randomly

I build new computer but it shutdown randomly every 20-30 mins I checked my CPU temp is about 58-62 C from what I checked to my BIOS Settings
help me guys i don't know what to do is it my fan on my CPU is to slow? there is no dust because its brand new
or maybe my Power supply? I have
CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W ATX12V Power supply could it be that it can't give more power to my graphics card etc. by using 430 watts?

430w is more than plenty for this computer.

Your CPU cooler is not properly installed if the CPU is hitting 50-60c at IDLE. That is a big issue.

Yeah I wasn't doing anything like you said IDLE but its randomly shutdown, I'll try to remove my CPU Cooler and plug it in again see if its work.

Did you install it properly and is the thermal paste intact?

Does the fan on it spin?

when I install the cpu fan it's hard to put the CPU Cooler to get it lock and i did was to put it in and put it out when is not right to be lock but im pretty sure the thermal paste is intact, and my cpu fan is running strong

I didn't check to my BIOS yet to see the temp but it's been an hours and there is no problem about shutting down maybe it's fixed! ^^
