Hi, so about 2 months ago I built a new PC with mostly new components, except for the graphics card and the ram. After two weeks of using it I started getting constant blue screens of death, slowly at first and then eventually the PC couldn't stay on longer than 5 minutes without crashing. To make it worse, it would randomly rotate between 5 or 6 BSOD'S. I tested memory, drivers, hard drives, new hard drives, new ram, with the graphics card, without the graphics card, reinstalled windows, used safe mode, no change. I thought maybe it was a problem with the motherboard so I RMA'd it and they said they fixed it, fast forward to now and I put the "fixed" motherboard in and now I can't even install windows without it crashing, and similar to before it gives a different error each time. Now I don't know if it's still the Mobo or something completely different. If anyone has any advice I appreciate it!

Here are my components:
MOBO: gigabyte z390 aorus ultra
CPU: Intel i5-9600k
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6gb
CPU COOLER: NZXT krazen x72 liquid cooler
RAM: Corsair vengeance 32 gb (4x8) DDR4 3000
PSU: Corsair RMx (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
STORAGE: adata 1TB m.2 nvme, Samsung 860 evo 1TB SSD
