Question New build constantly crashing

I recently built my first PC and all is well except for one big problem, constant crashing. whenever i'm doing basically anything, whether that be browsing the web or playing any game, the application will randomly crash. occasionally I get a BSOD that says "stop code: memory management". I tried reinstalling my GPU driver and reinstalling windows to no avail. Any suggestions? I'm a complete tech noob so any help is appreciated.

Zotac gaming GTX 2060
B450 Tomohawk
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Samsung V-NAND 860 QVO 1TB
Corasair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3000MHz
Powerspec 80 Plus Gold 650 Watts

if you do not know how to do it, search your mobo manufacturers site.
if that doesn't work
try reseeding the ram
if not
try socketing the cpu

if even that doesnt work
