So I just recently got my new motherboard and CPU and RAM and I wanted to upgrade my current specs so I did and while doing that I got this really weird error where the fandom turn on for both the CPU and GPU and the mother board lights come on as well but no post another thing I noticed was when I do power it on my key board lights turn on for a fraction of a second before disappearing and never coming back on when the lights for my keyboard do turn on fully that usually means a boot is successful

I have already tried resetting the bios, moving the ram to different slots and using one stick of ram to boot , trying to boot with no GPU and just on board graphics, booting with my 750 ti, went through the boot steps that is posted on every thing about post errors or booting issues

Not sure what to do guys I usually scroll through the forums for help and they work but I can't find anything to fix my problem as they always paste that same list of steps to go through
Other thing that sucks is I blew all my money buying the rest of the parts now this

New build specs
Gpu : 1060 3gb gigabyte
Cpu : I3 8100 intel
Mobo : prime B250MA Asus
Ram : 8gb ddr4 gskills rip jaws
Psu : cx 750 Corsair

Solution
If your build specs are correct, you are upgrading to an 8th gen Coffee Lake CPU, but your B250 motherboard does not support 8th gen Coffee Lake. Only Z370 motherboards will work with that CPU.
