CPU - Intel I9 12900K
MB - MSI MEG Z690 ACE
GC - EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti
Mem - G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR5 6400 (PC5-51200) CL32-39-39-102 1.40V Dual Channel Desktop Memory Model F5-6400J3239G16GA2-TZ5RK (Matte Black)
Cooling - ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB - Multi-compatible all-in-one CPU AIO water cooler with A-RGB, Intel & AMD compatible, efficient PWM-controlled pump, fan speed: 200-1800 RPM, LGA1700 compatible

When I turn get CPU warning light. MSI tech said Cpu problem, so I got a new I9 and have the exact same problem! Red CPU warning light immediately, doesn't turn off.

Have tried removing ram, resetting cmos, disconnecting graphics card, multiple restarts. No display.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of your PSU? Did you try powering the system breadboarded with at least 1 stick of ram and no discrete GPU? How are you cooling that processor? Also, might want to inspect the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins.

GSKILL 4x8 GB DDR5
Please add a link to the ram kit you're using.
