Question New build crashing during games and web browsing

Just built new PC, started getting BSOD whilst on the internet, along with crashes in all games.
Build is:
Ryzen 5 3600x
Kraken x62 cooler
RTX 2070 Super
B450M Steel Legend board
16GB Corsair vengeance LPX 3200 RAM
NVME SSD
Corsair TX650M PSU

Fresh install of win10 (twice), latest drivers from nvidea (reinstalled 3 times)Tried BIOS at defaults, and with XMP profile for memory.
Memory has no errors in Memtest86.
No crashes during FurMark or HeavyLoad.
CPU Temp idle at 40, max 60 during games

Any ideas?

Chipset drivers and BIOS up-to-date?

Probably me being blind/stupid, but I couldn’t find chipset driver for the board.
Installed Lan driver
Mobo utility and audio driver.
Bios is 2.3, thought best not to mess; but you think updating to 2.7 could be beneficial?

UPDATE
Just tried my old Amd HD5850 in new build, no crashing playing at ultra settings. (Although looked like s**t and ran at 85degrees)
Tried same game on old PC with new 2070 gpu, crashed.
Old pc is i5 760.
Is this a fair test to say my new gpu is ‘bad’ and needs returning?
