New Build Dekstop, randomly turns off then turn back on again.

I just recently finished my desktop rig and I am having that problem which I dont know anymore how can I solve it. It randomly turns off then after 1-3secs it will boot up again. I dont know why

Specs:

Processor: i7 4770k
Mobo: Asrock Z87 Extreme3
GPU: Asus GTX 660
RAM: GSKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series
Storage: 1 SSD and 1 HDD
PSU: Corsair CX750M

Please help me out. I don't know why its doing that restart thing thanks.

Do you have the 2.1 BIOS?

Yep i have the 2.10 Bios

Might raise the VCCSA + 0.05 or so and see if that helps

It's the System Agent Voltage, have to go to BIOS

My system agent voltage offset is on auto and i cant change it.
Its the one under oc tweaker > FIVR Config

Listed as SYSTEM AGENT VOLTAGE OFFSET, take it up there

I can't edit the system agent voltage pffset. Its just on auto
I checked eventvwr it says about kernel event 41 thing

There must be something turned off to prevent you from changing it, is turbo boost on
