[SOLVED] New Build Displaying 'Out of Range' Error, Doesn't Go into BIOS

Hi,

I just finished building a new rig, and I'm experiencing some issues with the display. I'm successfully turning everything on and it's passing the POST (as far as I can tell), but the monitor is displaying an "out of range" error. The display is wired to my video card, and I've triple checked all my chips and wires to make sure everything is where it should be. After repeatedly restarting and checking everything, I have been unable to get into BIOS for about a day now, and I'm not sure where I've gone wrong.

As far as in depth troubleshooting goes, I have done the following:
  • I've also tried starting it up without the graphics card, using the HDMI port on my MB, and at that point the monitor doesn't even register a signal.
  • I've also tested the monitor by hooking it up to my PS4, and it worked like a charm. However when I connected my tower to a TV screen I didn't get anything, both connected to the video card, and to the MB.
  • I additionally moved the video card to the second slot on my MB, and rearranged my RAM in every possible configuration of 1 and 2 sticks.

Please find my specs below.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60
Motherboard: Asus PRIME X570-P ATX
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB)
Storage: Samsung 860 QVO 1 TB
Video Card: ASRock Radeon RX 5600 XT 6 GB Challenger D OC Video Card
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair RM 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Monitor: Asus VS228T-P 21.5" 1920x1080 60 Hz Monitor

Solution
"I've also tried starting it up without the graphics card, using the HDMI port on my MB, and at that point the monitor doesn't even register a signal"

That's got nothing to do with the problem in hand --- Ryzen 5 3600X doesn't have an iGPU so you won't get a signal from motherboard ports anyway.

I know, I was just getting desperate and trying literally anything I could throw at the problem.
