New Build does not power up

I just finished building a new gaming computer with RYZEN 1800x with Asus Crosswire VI hero. Using Corsair 750x PSU with AMD Sapphire Graphic Card. Used 32 GB DDR4 Dimm memory chips. Using M.2 Samsung NVME500 GB as the main drive with couple sata drives for data. My problem is the machine does not boot up. Mother board shows a green led and couple of other colorful led lights. Does not boot up. Disconnected all the components, and tried still no go. The PSU fan does not turn on at all. The PSU has all black cables and I am not sure how to test it. I have built many computers before. I am stumped. Please some body help

The Corsair 750x fan does not run under low load, so that does not indicate a bad psu. Does the computer POST? Show any error codes? Tried with only one stick of memory installed?

Sometimes those other led lights indicate hardware errors. You should definitely look at the mobo manual so you know what they mean. Does it do anything when you hit the power button (like beep codes or spinning case fans) or is it unresponsive?

There is no post and no error codes either. I will try with one memory stick and let you know.

System fans are not coming on also. CPU fan does not come on.
