I have searched google for hours in order to find a solution, you guys are my last hope.
I AM building my brother a PC for his birthday,
Ryzen 3100
AsRock B450M-hdv ryzen 3000 ready
Corsair 2x8gb ram 3000mhz
Evga 500w psu
RX 580
I have built few pcs in the past so everything went smooth.
When I connected everything, even before trying to turn on the PC the keyboard, mouse would light up.
I pressed the power button and nothing, no fan spining, no sound no nothing.
I tried moving and removing ram sticks, nothing.
Unpluged gpu, nothing, try to turn on pc without reset jumpers, nothing.
I tried using pwr button jumpers with screwdriver and nothing happened.
Paperclip test on psu worked, psu fans spinned.
I am out of ideas by now, anyone has any proposition on what to do?
