Question New build doesn't get past BIOS screen, unresponsive to F1

I built a new system with an ASUS Rog Strix z60-G, an Intel I-7 12700 25 MB LGA 1700 ALDER LAKE 12-CORE, and 4 sticks of Corsair 48GB RAM (192 GB total). I duplicated the SSD from my Windows 10 computer (and the other HDs) with the intention of upgrading to Windows 11 with new build while retaining my old programs. Initially, the MB was defective and said it wouldn't run Windows 11. Got the MB replaced by ASUS (after a delay) and reinstalled the fans, etc. (all of which seem to be working). On post, computer gets stuck at notice indicating I should enter BIOS by pressing F1 (or F2 or Delete). No response to any of those keys. (The computer does respond to the cntrl-alt-del combo so I don't think it's the keyboard but could be wrong). I've tried flashing the bios with the latest from the ASUS site but that doesn't seem to do anything either. Suggestions for my next step?

If I were you, I'd follow the instructions in the link that I provided. I'm pretty sure, prior to actually installing Windows 10, you'll be prompted for whether or not you want to format the SSD. Make sure to follow the instructions completely, in particular make sure your other disks are NOT connected when you do the install.
