**Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.**

GPU and PSU are coming from first build which was having issues of PC crashes while Gaming, after testing mobo one of my slot's for ram were faulty. With that said I replaced mobo and ram and cpu and decided to just rebuild.
Went to go power up build for first time and I have no display, and the MOBO "Ez debug" LED has VGA LED on and my GPU fan stutters, acts like it's not getting enough power.

**List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.**

Let the list begin..
-reset cmos
-check cpu for damaged pins
-reseat cpu
-try to boot gpu in different slots
-try booting with 1 ram in slot 2 per msi mobo manual
-switch out ram sticks
-try to boot minimal (gpu, cpu, ram, mouse, keyboard, display)
-take out mobo battery for 5 minutes
**Post relevant photos of build/parts here.**

**Provide any additional details you wish below.**
From countless hours of research I'm seeing mix review on the whole "non compatible with b350" but on MSI's website it specifically shows that it is compatible https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-TOMAHAWK.html#support-cpu

Lost on next step to take, yay for learning! Thanks in advanced

Glad you got that sorted out. It was a journey and it always is when a components go south.
I wish computer where smarter and tell you in plain English: GPU busted go and get a new one.

What part are you referring to as "non compatible with b350" ?
You RAM is the components I don't see listed on MSI nor Crusial website.

You should try another PSU though. The TR2 is one of the worse PSU I have seen.
I have replaced TR2s more than any other PSU. They failed within 6 months to 2 years and the replacement I got failed just as bad.

That was my next step, also looking at required watts to run this machine is 450, when the tr2 is 500 with a bronze 80% efficiency. Which doesnt leave too much wiggle room. What PSU would you recommend aeound 75-100$

And with compatible issues the ryzen 5 1600. Should I replace the ram when I go to replace the PSU also to just be safe? I've seen samw builds work with the ram

Is not just about wattage but most importantly build quality, reliability and accurate and stable power delivery to components.
Corsair TX550M .

The RAM might just default to 2133MHz and you will have to manually set the speed in the BIOS.

Vga led or gpu?? There's two lights, both come on, if I try to boot with no gpu only vga comes on. I'm on my way currently to my local micro center so they can test my gpu

Would a bad mobo cause gpu fan to stutter, keep in mind my first build started to crash and bsod

A failing mobo, PSU and VGA can cause these type of issues.

I just RMA a Gigabyte mobo that could not deliver enough power to the PCI-e slot causing crashes and BSOD.

Okay so getting my card tested will tell me if I need to RMA

Was GPU, upgraded to dual fan 6gb 1060, thank you for the help

If only haha, since your still here, I played a match of OW last night and after burner told me my gpu usafw was 100% though the temp was 55 c max. Is this an issue? Once I install new components ahould I install ddivers from manufacture or use windows? I installed gpu driver from manufacturer site and my display started to cut in and out randomly but the windows driver that automatically installed works fine.

I usually let Windows install drivers and if I have issues or features are missing then I use manufacturers or nVidia drivers.
At 100% load those temps are fine...start to worry if it goes above 80 °C
