So I've been looking over computerparts for quite some time, and I think I found a reasonable cheap yet powerful build. If you have any suggestions to get more power for the buck, please share!

My build can be seen here; http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kraminius/saved/2FMY
Or downunder:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K, 3.5ghz (possible overlock - haven't tried it before so please let me know if the cooler is good enough for that
CPU cooler: Coolermaster Seidon 120XL (liquid, double fan - I'm replacing the stock fans with Noctua NF-F12)
Case: Cooler Master N200, M-ATX case.
Front coolers: 2x Noctua NF-F12, only outtake is the radiator fans - is this enough?
Motherboard: ASUS H87M-Plus
GPU: R9-280X, not sure what brand - I want a partly silent one, what's better, and is the fans on the GPU replaceable so I can put in some NF-F12 fans instead?
HDD: Primary 120gb Kingston V300 x2 (in raid), secondary: WD Red 2TB.
PSU: Corsair CX750M 80+ bronze certified.
Ram: Kingston Blue, 1600 mhz 16 gb (2x8 gb)

What I want with this PC is mainly playing high-end shooters like Battlefield 4. I'd love to stream the content too - will this PC be able to do that? :)

So the cooler would be fine for some overclocking? And will the build in general be powerful enough to capture BF4 gameplay? :)

I've no experience with that cooler but I would think so.

According to this site; http://bf4central.com/battlefield-4-system-requirements/ yes, you should be able to run BF4 on a single 1080p monitor, ultra settings, no problems
