please let me know what you think of it and any changes you could recommend, id like to keep total cost below 3500, but lower is better of course. main concern right now is the noise, while it doesn't need to be crazy quite i need it quite enough not to disturb my roommate while I'm using it under a heavy load. thanks for your input.

Everything looks fine but I would hold off until at least the 16th of June when AMD announces their new GPUs (might make the 980Ti drop in price).

I would get a vastly different mouse and keyboard though. If you want a great keyboard, get the Corsair K70RGB and then your choice of mouse (I would do a Logitech G502 Proteous Core). The ones you got there are just cheap and I doubt you will be very happy with them.

ah, okay. thank you for the heads up and ill change my pick for the keyboard and mouse (only thing i really want is a blue backlight for both of them. do you think the AMD GPU's will be any good or should i stick with the 980TI?

thats the keyboard I'm thinking of, not sure if its good but it seems decent to me. (hope the keys aren't crazy loud)

now, i know that the NOCTIS 450 is supposed to support a up to a 280 or 360mm rad but does it fit it comfortably or will i need to be doing some kind of modding? (not sure if you'll know anything about this case or not but figured id ask just in case) thanks for your help
