ASRock B550M PRO4 AM4
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8x4 32 GB 3200 DDR4
Nvidia 2070
MSI - MPG A850G PCIE 5.0 850 Watt power supply
COUGAR DuoFace Pro RGB Black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case
New build, the CPU is an older CPU I used in another PC, but upgraded to use Windows 11. The RAM is also from a different PC and worked fine. I had another stick of DDR4 from a different computer but when I install just 1 stick of ram, either the Corsair, or the other ram. Not sure what that was. Came with an Alienware older pc.
Get DRAM and CPU fault light, and no video. Tried with and without graphics card. Have faults either way, and no video when we add the video card.
Tried both ram. Tried using a different 8-pin connector on the power supply, and a different 8-pin cable. Cable says CPU on it, so I think that is the correct cable.
Unsure what else to try.
When I power it on, all fans spin, CPU fan spin, etc... and all wires apear connected correctly.
Thoughts?
