[SOLVED] New build - everything turns, will not boot, no USB power,red CPU light

Completed new build, everything powers up. Have gone through the troubleshoot steps, but PC won’t boot, peripherals won’t work, and when turn on, powers off and back on; then a red indicator light on CPU.

Asus prime Z390A
EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1070ti
Captain 240EX
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 2 TB
Ballistix sport LT 16 GB kit
EVGA 500W power supply
Corsair Crystal 570X RGB mid-tower case

Check the 8 pin CPU power cable and the CPU socket for bent pins.
