New Build Experiencing Major Issues! Fails To Startup - Blue Screen! Help!

Hello dudes,

I am experiencing some issues with my new build; assembled in mid-February, I have never really got it up and running perfectly since. I have installed Win 7/XP countless times to no avail. If it isn't one problem, it's another. A week or 2 ago I received a blue stop error screen during a restart, nevertheless the computer continued to run. 3 days ago I failed to get a post on the screen only for the BIOS option screen and the windows startup, although it would post on desktop; this was accompanied shortly with constant stop error screens. I have now got to the point where I cannot startup windows, even in safe mode I have an ASRock Extreme 6 board and it shows registers no bugs or issues on the Dr.Debug placement on the MB. The assembly wasn't the smoothest of things due to a complete lack of experience building computers and a foolish attention span. I have a few scenarios that I hope someone can help me with:

If I were to de-assemble my build, how could I definitively check which parts were faulting, if any?
Alternatively, Can I check the functionality of the build within the case?

I also have an issue with the 2 case fans registering their speeds on BIOS. They are running, although I am not
familiar with actual electronics (signal paths, cables ect) From the fans, there is a thin cable running to the front header
on the case, another cable them runs from that into the main bay area, this cable has 4 thin metal
prongs inside of it, this is where I get stuck: There are avaliable CHA_FAN_01 & CHA_FAN_02 slots on the MB, but they house a much smaller, skinny 4 holed slot


Relevant Information?
-I recently wiped CMOS via a button on the MB.
-Had trouble starting up when changing to WinXp, had to change SATA options to IDA, ACHD or something was previously selected.
-Motherboard MAY be a little damaged, possible warpage, although I'd like to treat this as if it was not. Denial? maybe..
-The stop error reads as follows: "*** STOP: 0X0000007B/F (OXF78P2524, 0X000000034........) Both B AND F have followed '7' in the past.

The first place of issues I usally find is the ram. Make sure you are in the correct dimms if you are using 2 sticks.

yes check ram first 2 stick should be exemple there 4 port for ram like so (IIII) i would but the ram like this (I0I0) where the 0 are

see on the picture where the blue port are there you should put your ram

but could be your cpu or mobo , pretty sure this is not a os problem unless you never try a os reinstall ,

I would look if cpu cooler is install correctly etc .

try to only put 1 stick of ram and change them to see if 1 ram stick is rma never know
