I am using this for GAMING and STREAMING thus the i7 3770k. Max budget is no more then $1450.00.
Any advice on if I should change anything, add or remove?

you have 2 problem :
* Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders
go with this ram instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmx8gx3m2b1600c9
* avoid coolermaster PSU. i am pretty sure u will be crying of your dead GPU/mobo

Im confused on the different ram choice? I heard the Ripjaws were extremely good.

yes, especially seasonic. they made really good psu. unless you want to go crossfire, 750W is a must
yes, ripjaws is good, but with different cooler. its tall heatsink conflicted with 212 evo

The build seems solid all together, but if I could recommend changing a few things.

I would go with the ASRock's Z77 Extreme6. It's approved by Tom's Hardware, and isnt much more expensive than the one you selected

I have nothing to back this next suggestion up so take it more as an opinion, but I would recommend going with a Western Digital HDD and not a Seagate. I have had bad experiences with them dying and failing on me, where I have never had any issues with any WD drives.
