[New Build] First build for gaming

Hey i am looking to buy a PC from IBuyPower for around 850$ I want to know if this build will be able to record video games like Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, Fallout, Assassins Creed etc. using fraps on high settings atleast (ultra would be nice.) So basically if the build i get from IBuyPower is good enough for what i want then i wont buy other parts but if it isn't then i will. (P.s is IBuyPower a good website to use for buying custom computers? Because I don't know how to make a computer from scratch)

Build it yourself. You get a better system and spend less money. Buy the parts on newegg and go see some tutorials on youtube on how to built it. Just make sure all components are compatible. And if you got a doubt choosing your parts or when building the PC, just post a thread and we will be pleased to clarify your doubts.

I'll put down what I think is best for a total of $807. You want to run those games on high/ultra and record them your gonna need about this.

Note: this is the only the pc. I have no knowledge of speakers,network cards,sound cards,flash writers ect.

If you'd like me to include office and those other accessories(I mentioned above) in the $850 I can scale down the components to fit your budget.

Oh&btw...I'm not sure if I gave you the 1.5v or 1.65v ram. So when you buy your ram MAKE SURE you get the 1.5v version. 1.65v is not compatible with your CPU.

tbh I'm not really the best guy to ask about cooling. Exspecially liquid cooling. Liquid cooling is much more expensive than the normal cooling I believe(correct me if I'm wrong). If that is the case,it is by no means necessary in a budget build. Many more things come before liquid cooling in a budget build. I would just go for normal cooling. Don't worry about liquid.
