Question New build for 1080p gaming

I'm looking at this build, I am using the 1660 gpu as I need a new monitor and I think I can easily upgrade this system for longevity. Thoughts?

I am assuming greater than 144hz @ 1080p?

Well that monitor goes up to 144 Hz so that would be the max at the moment.
