Build Advice New build for a Dell XPS 630i case

I have a Dell XPS 610i that is running Windows Vista 32bit and I am having problems with the system crashing. I would like to build an all new system in this case running Windows 10 64 bit. Any help with a build would be great.

Approximate Purchase Date: I am ready to buy now.

Budget Range: 5 to 6 hundred dollars

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Light gaming, browsing and maintaining websites.

Parts to Upgrade: I have a Dell XPS 630i case that I would like to use, so I would need everything new.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes Windows10 64 bit

Additional Comments: Granddaughter will be using Roblox for gaming.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:- My Dell PS 610i is running Windows Vista which you know is out of date. I use Firefox as my browser and it keeps crashing. I like the look of the case and would really like to use it with new hardware.

Include a list of any parts you have already selected with descriptively labeled links for parts.- I have not selected any parts because this will be my first build.
