Hi all,
Looking to upgrade from my i7 6700 + GTX 1060 PC, and need some advice on what my next build should look like. For reference, I'm based in Australia and my budget is roughly AUD $3k.
The main aims of this build are to:
1. Play competitive titles at 1080p 240hz, e.g. Valorant, CSGO/CS2, Dota2, Apex, etc. The lowest, or close to, settings are fine for these titles.
2. Play most other titles on med-high settings at 1080p. No particular game I'm looking to play in mind, but I'm probably aiming for at least a playable Cyberpunk experience (assuming this is decently representative of most newer AAA games).
3. Do deep learning and computationally intensive statistics. I'm not too familiar with the 'best' hardware for this type of stuff, besides that CUDA (in NVIDIA GPUs) is vastly preferred in industry, hence all the builds below being based on an RTX 4070.
I've compiled the following (tentative) builds, the first 2 are Intel-based and the last is AMD.
bit.ly/3qp8G8Q
bit.ly/3qayLbI
bit.ly/3ILnvJe
If anybody could comment on which of the above builds would be best for meeting all 3 of my criteria above, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks heaps.
