Hello, I am planning to build a PC in January, I believe. I'm going to spend between $1500-$2000. I'm going to be purchasing a monitor and I've included that all in this build from pcpartpicker. If anyone has any recommendations or advice I would appreciate it. I'm looking to get the best performance for my money and I'd like to get as close to the $1500 mark, but I'm willing to spend up to the $2000.

Thanks for any advice you could give me :) Much gratitude!

Wrong. That build is already at his budget and changing to an i7, that isn't going to add ANY gaming performance, if gaming is what is desired, for an extra hundred bucks makes no sense. Same goes for upgrading the GPU.
