Build Advice New build for medium-high gaming/work

Hi everyone, in the last few months I've been thinking about a new build to buy since my notebook is going to abandon me soon.
I'm from Italy so the prices are more or less a big problem nowadays, but I could afford hardwares from every EU shop (shipping permitted of course).
Of course I prefer Italian store over others, even if they are third sites. Amazon/Aliexpress are the only one I could consider for International shipping in Europe, or just some good-reviewed EU store if you know someone to consider.
I've already got a monitor (MSI MPG 321QRF-QD), peripherals like keyboard, mouse, headset and so on too.
In these week I've wrote down a list, and tell me if I could pick a better deal:

  • GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti (~830-850€; Palit, Gigabyte ecc.) [I lost an offer for a GameRock at 820€]
  • CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D (~320€ from Aliexpress, otherwise costs too much around 400€)
  • Mobo: B650/X670/B850 (I see an AORUS at 180€ and it was a best deal, but I don't know the best mobo quality/price)
  • RAM: 2x16GB DDR5 (I don't know what could I choose)
  • Ali: 850W could be good
  • SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB since I've already a 980 Pro and it's so good
  • Cooler: Air or AiO, I don't know what prefers around 80-100€ max (better if lower)
  • Case: Everything Mid or Full-Tower with latest USB etc.
Now the total price is rounded up ~1800€ (could be less if there are better deals coming these week/months)

Thanks in advance for any help :)

I also considered the AMD - AMD link for the build, but it appears that monitor is G-Sync, but don't see anything about Free Sync. It would be a terrible waste of spent money on that monitor if it really is official G Sync and not using an NVIDIA graphics solution.

Spending 99Euros more for a 5070 ti and Gsync can be worth it. The OP can decide.
