Ok, i picked a sandy bridge CPU because they overclock better and the performance diference between a 2700k and a 3770k is almost null.

The Z77 will allow you to upgrade your CPU to a i7 3770k IF you need it (you wouldn't)

CPU: Intel Core i7-2700K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (£223.97 @ Amazon UK)
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS11X Extreme CPU Cooler (£45.98 @ Overclockers.co.uk)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£109.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£39.31 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£67.99 @ Overclockers.co.uk)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 570 1.25GB Video Card (£184.33 @ Scan.co.uk)
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case (£50.99 @ Dabs)
Power Supply: Corsair 650W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply (£70.38 @ Scan.co.uk)
Monitor: Dell U2312HM 23.0" Monitor (£178.20 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £971.14

sorry i went over budget but it was the only way i could fit the GTX 570 wich will help you a lot in rendering tasks and gaming
