New Build for Photoshop CS5

I am researching components and this is what I have thus far

Case : Coolermaster HAF 912
Mobo: Asus P8Z68 V Pro
PSU : Corsair CMPSU-850HX
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTS 450 FPB
CPU : Intel i7 2600
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit w/SP1
Optical Drive : Lite-On iHAS424 w/Lightscribe Retail
HDD : WD 320GB Caviar Blue
RAM: ??????

As for RAM, I would like 16 gigs and as far as I know I can use 1333 max speed ( not overclocking) and I am told to get all 16 gigs at the same time so it is matched ram. True or not? What about voltage and any other specs?

I would welcome any advice.

RAM doesn't need to match in brand but does need to match in frequency (such as 1333Mhz). And from Newegg, they say the MoBo can take up to 1600 without OC:

For the RAM I would recommend brands such as G.Skill, Corsair, or TeamElite RAM.
Here are 2 suggestions (one at 1333MHz, and one at 1600MHz)

you wont even use 8GB of ram, 16 is a waste. get 1.5 voltage RAM (most are default)..... Btw photoshop is an easy program, I run it on: I5-450, ATI 5470, 6GB RAM, 500GB Nooby hardrive and it runs flawlessly on my like cheapo laptop lol.... well gl... i dont think u need i7-2600k, it's a waste of money... so is the graphics card (unless you do some gaming, get the gtx 460), and get the i5, 4 cores is PLENTY for photo editing.
