New Build - FPS Problems

Hey guys. Today I built a system for a friend of mine.

The components are:

MSI 970a-g43
FX 6300
MSI R9 380
2x4Gb 1600Mhz
XFX TS 550W
120Gb HyperX SSD

I installed Windows 8.1, installed all drivers but a problem came up: When he plays CS:GO, no matter what the video settings are, the FPS are everytime around 90 and sometimes drop below 60. I know this is weird because i've add a system for myself with a similar set up (fx 6300 - GTX 760) and I had better performance than this new one.

Any ideas of what the problem may be? Bad game installation, bad Windows installation? I'll accept any suggestions!

Try Valley benchmark - for testing GPU (Compare it with google. the score of your card)
