Question New build freezes a couple minutes after booting

I finished my build and was installing windows from a usb, but it froze every time. I thought i could fix it by booting from an old hard drive and it does start windows, but still freezes after a couple minutes. And by freeze i mean total freeze, only hard reset does anything. Temps & RAM usage are normal and doesnt spike before freezing. It doesnt happen in BIOS though.

Build is:
I9700k
Rtx 2070
32gb ram
1tb ssd
Gigabyte z390x gaming x
600 watt seasonic gold psu

I really dont know whats going on so i would really appreciate the help!

can someone please help me out here, im really lost.

it just freezes whenever i try to install windows or boot from an old ssd. the pc seeems to be running fine, theres no overheating and theres no errors on the motherboards leds & speaker. it doesnt freeze in bios.

i tried taking out the gpu and using internal graphics, switching drives, trying different ram configurations, ran memtest to check if the ram was fine( 0 errors, also no freezing in memtest). i have zero clue what the hell is wrong with this thing
