I have replaced a few parts of my PC and it's made it unusable. I changed the motherboard, CPU and RAM while also adding an M2 SSD. I've kept the other drives, PSU and graphics card.
When I boot up the PC it restarts itself, then on the second time booting up it will freeze just after the BIOS. I've attempted the repair that if offers but it freezes, I've reseated the RAM and CPU but again it persists. I just attempted now to reinstall windows from a USB hardrive onto the M2 with the old drives disconnected but it freezes as soon as I see a Windows logo. I am extremely confused.
Motherboard: Aorus z390 elite

RAM: 2 x Corsairs vengeance 8gb DDR4
M2: XLR8 1TB SSD
PSU: Cool master G750M (with an adapter to change a pcie to additional ATX)
Graphics card: gigabyte gtx 970
