Hey all I finished building this PC yesterday. It starts up fine, all lights and fans are running. I can enter the BIOS and do whatever I want. Temperatures are good too.
The issue starts when I try to do anything else. I initially had my old HD in there and attempted to load Windows 10, but the PC completely froze after 15 seconds. I wiped the drive and tried to reinstall from USB, but the PC froze again during setup, roughly 15 seconds into the process as well.
I have tried to remove the ram and insert it to all of the slots. I have also removed the gpu and used the onboard card. Nothing I have done has helped. It sounds like a hardware issue, but I am not that knowledgeable with PCs. Any help is greatly appreciated.
