This build with GTX970 instead of 770 and you're good for the next 5-6 years :)

this build including a gtx 970 4gb super clocked without the case which i don't need because i have a more or less a brand new coolermaster haf 912 advanced mid tower case and also replacing the i5 and Intel mb with an amd fx-8350 black edition and a am3+ mb is about 800 pounds
 

No, the 4690K would be a MUCH better choice.
