[SOLVED] New build getting 5 second screen freeze with some games

I recently put together a Ryzen 5 2600 system and I get 3-5 second screen freezes when playing certain games.

I get the screen freezes every couple of hours when i am using the PC for other tasks like working with documents or just surfing the web.

Oddly Destiny 2 runs smoothly with almost no stuttering but Hearthstone and WOW both give me 3-5 second freezes every 7-10 minutes i play.

I don't have any other games installed yet so have not been able to check anything else yet.

These are my system specs
Ryzen 5 2600 6 core 3.40GHz
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming Motherboard
Kingston 480GB SSD
8 GIG of RAM
Radeon RX580 4GB
Windows 10

Updated all my drivers yesterday, this was happening when I had a old RADEON R5 230 in my system as well.

Stumped..

Think I got it sorted at last,found out the firmware on my Kingston SSD was out of date.

Used the Kingston SSD Manager tool to check my SSD and it told me it need a firmware update.

Updated it now and have had no screen freeze or lag since.
