[SOLVED] New Build, GPU fans not spinning and no display ?

Specs:
MSI Z-390 A PRO
I7-9700k
RTX 2060 GIGABYTE WINDFORCE OC
16x2 DDR-4 3600 RAM
650W Corsair PSU

EZ Debug LEDs all blink when powered on(CPU then DRAM then VGA and lastly BOOT). GPU fans dont spin, the rest do. Tried with 1 stick of ram in DIMM 2A and 2 sticks in DIMM2A and DIMM2B. Resitted CMOS each time. Checked on 2 monitors with 2 different hdmi cables and result is the same. Checked all power cables, re-seated gpu several times. Any help is appreciated

i'm guessing you do have the display cables plugged into the GPU, not the iGPU on rear I\O plate?

if so, try the GPU in another system that is known to function properly.

Yes plugged into the GPU, I'll be able to test the GPU in a friend's system tommorow.
