Hi

I built a new pc but in the first power on I have no display.
The LEDs on the MB are doing this:

  • I already updated bios,
  • Have reset bios,
  • booted with one stick of RAM
  • Tried to boot whith another GPU.

Can someone help me to find which part is causing the problem?

MBD: Asrock B650 Pro RS
CPU: Ryzen 7500f
GPU: RX 480 8GB
RAM: Lexar DDR5 32GB kit
SSD: Kingston NV2 1TB
PSU: MSI Mag 650w

Could be your PSU. Maybe when the BIOS is trying to initialize the devices and increase their power it's browning out and so you get the Christmas tree since it thinks all the components are bad. Either that or motherboard failure I'm guessing, as there should be no possible condition in the system where it goes haywire like that.

And ASRock is not answering my mails

To be sure you can probably try removing every component one at a time (including the CPU and all RAM) and see if you get any different behavior. Maybe if you do see different behavior after removing one specific component it could be causing some nonsense, but yeah motherboard failure is probably most likely.

What speed is your ram? The 7500 supports a max of 5200 officially and just 3600 for 4 modules, anything above that might work but is not guaranteed.
The bios is probably trying, and failing at, training the ram and just gives up.
If you have some slower ram from the other mobo I would try with that.
