I'm building a new PC as a Christmas present for a family member. I got started early because I decided to paint the case. I started assembling the computer today. I got everything assembled, and powered up for the first time today. Before installing the motherboard, I double checked the location of all standoffs. The computer will turn on but will not run through POST and has no video output. I tried another, bigger power supply, and no luck. I have updated the BIOS, and checked everything as per the stickied builder's guide.
